Nest 3rd gen help

Hello I am hoping for some advice,

I have a Potterton Suprima boiler and Potterton ep2 controller that does my heating and hot water. I am looking at buying a Nest 3rd gen thermostat.

Will the Nest Thermostat be compatible with my home and system?
