Broken hr92

Hiya. So much learnt from this forum thank you. One of our visitors kicked the screen of an hr92 a while ago. It kept working for a while but eventually bust. I’ve got a new hr92 but it seems like you can’t replace them. Is it right that I need to totally delete the zone and add the zone back in with a new hr92?

Also while I’m here, at the start of every winter to get everything working I have to unclip all my hr92s, turn the black cog all the way anti-clockwise and reclip it back on. Does that sound weird or normal?
