Sorry everyone, I'm still trying to get things fixed.
Here's an email I just sent to vBulletin support:
"Yes, I was able to download v6, but can see that it requires PHP 8+ to work. There's some testing required on a staging environment before we can upgrade the PHP on the server, so in the meantime, I was hoping that you might be willing to work with me to troubleshoot why replies are not working on the forums at the moment?
I previously asked if your team would be able to help me troubleshoot things and was told it wouldn't be possible until the account is in my name.
Now that the account is in my name, I hope we can finally get things fixed.
Please let me know if you need anything from me to investigate. We'll also work on testing and upgrading the PHP to v8+ concurrently."
