Binding two HR92s in one room

Hi everyone I am new to this concept and I am hoping for some help here, I have fitted my house with this new system with no problems apart from my conservatory. In this rooms I have two radiators of the same size but when i fit the HR92s to these one of them doesn't appear to work. I have changed the controllers over and still the same rad doesn't come on so not the controller. Fitted the rad that is not coming on with a normal TRV and it works. I think it must be something with how the binding is carried out but cannot find any decent literature that explains how two rads in one room/zone should be set. Any assistance much appreciated.
