Information to post when asking for help/diagnosis

Sometimes you will see me asking lots of repetitive questions about location of devices, what process was used, pictures showing location etc etc

So here goes at capturing the sort of information that I find really helpful when I am trying to paint a picture in my mind of what might be wrong in your installation

What is the application
What evohome devices are used
What system layout (S Plan, Y Plan, Fig 4 or simple combi, or uncontrolled heat demand)
Where are the devices (pictures tell a thousand words)
What is the issue and observed operation
Did you self install or get an installer, anything go wrong during install
